It is common for people to plant trees in memory of their loved ones and it is important for us to help families through an understandably difficult time.
As part of the after-care service we offer families, Seasons plants a tree to honour your loved one.
This service is provided through Carbon Neutral, a Western Australian-based company focused towards companies and individuals who are seeking to be carbon conscious and have a positive impact on their environment.
They (like us) are passionate about our native Australian landscape, and specialise in biodiverse conservation plantings using trees and shrubs that are native to Australia. The trees planted help reduce soil salinity, provide wind breaks, enhance biodiversity, sequester greenhouse gas emissions and restore habitat for native animals.
One tree is planted for each funeral that we undertake – in an area in the Wheatbelt protected for 100 years.
